How Can diarrhea Along With Sinus Infection Be Treated?

I have a sinus infection that has gone on for two weeks. I finally got a prescription for ery-tabs reluctantly since I am fearful of antibiotics in general. I have taken it before many years ago and not had any trouble. I have now taken it for about 48 hours and am experiencing diarrhea after I eat. So far today, it was once after lunch and once after dinner. Is that something that is going to get worse or will my body adjust? I am taking 333mg 3 times a day for 10 days. I am trying to decide if I should make an appointment with my doctor tomorrow.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Now as there is drug-induced diarrhea, the first step is to
- stop further intake of antibiotic
- maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- oral rehydration salt inhalation of vapors of boiled water
- addition of probiotics in drug intake
- be in regular follow up with your consultant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
